Pre-registration is required to test at this session. The Tippecanoe County VE Team  requires applicants to acquire an FCC Registration Number (FRN) prior to the test session. For more information on how to acquire an FRN, click here.

Make sure to bring the following items to the session:

• Government issued photo ID (e.g. driver's license, passport, military ID)

  • For youth:

    • Non-government issued photo ID (e.g. student ID)

    • Non-photo ID (e.g., School ID, library card, report card, etc.)

• If requesting a name change, bring proof of the name change

• If using credit from a CSCE from another examination session, bring the  original and a copy of a CSCE

Applicants will be provided:

• A pencil

• A pen

• Scratch paper

• A calculator

  • If an applicant wishes to bring a programmable calculator, they must be able to demonstrate to the VE team that any memories have been cleared

  • Cell phones cannot be used as calculators
